System Requirements and Supported Devices

System Requirements

The system requirements to install and run intaQt include:

  • Operating system - Windows 7 and later / Ubuntu 14.04 and later / Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9 and later.

  • Processor - Minimum: Intel Core 2 Duo or equivalent; Recommended: Intel i3/i5 or equivalent.

  • Memory - Minimum: 2 GB RAM; Recommended: 4 GB RAM.

  • Disk Space (not including report storage) - 500 MB; Recommended: 1 GB.

  • Other - USB 2.0.

DNS Server

A DNS Server must be configured on the network that is running intaQt and the intaQt Phone Service. If no DNS Server is configured, timeouts may occur.

Supported Devices

Android Phones

intaQt currently supports the following models of Android phones:

  • Nexus 5

  • Nexus 5X

  • Nokia 6

  • Samsung Galaxy S5 (with limited support)

  • Samsung Galaxy S6/S6 Edge (with limited support)

  • Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 Edge (with limited support)

  • Samsung Galaxy S8 (with limited support)

Additionally, there is limited support for all Android phones running Android 6 or above.

VoIP Phones

intaQt currently supports the follow models of VoiP phones:

  • Snom 715

  • Snom 720

  • Snom 765

  • Snom 820

  • Snom 821

  • Yealink T46S

Additionally, there is limited support for all other Yealink models.

Other Devices

SIM Array and SIM Adapter

intaQt supports interfaces for SIM Arrays by Implementa.

Note: SIM Array only supports Windows or Linux. A LAN connection is also required.

Handover Boxes

intaQt supports interfaces for the following models:

  • 50BA-002-95 by JFW Industries

  • MTS and Rohde und Schwarz models.

Microphones

intaQt supports interfaces for the SAMSON Go Mic.
