Exit Status 1¶
If intaQt detects a licensing issue, for example by restarting intaQt after a process was force stopped, it will display the following error message in the Log Window:
Launching product failed. exit status 1
Log out of the account for up to an hour, then restart intaQt.
Check if the license is being used by another device. Although intaQt licenses can be installed on more than one machine, only one session can be active per license.
Check if the license has expired.
