Exit Status 1

If intaQt detects a licensing issue, for example by restarting intaQt after a process was force stopped, it will display the following error message in the Log Window:

Launching product failed. exit status 1

Solutions

  • Log out of the account for up to an hour, then restart intaQt.

  • Check if the license is being used by another device. Although intaQt licenses can be installed on more than one machine, only one session can be active per license.

  • Check if the license has expired.
