Troubleshooting: Connect Timed Out

If adm was not started with by passing the -a parameter, intaQt will automatically try to allocate Android phones and write the following error message into the protocol log:

Scan for android phones failed
Error: connect timed out

These errors may occur when adm is not running -- even for test cases not involving phones. In cases where no phones are being used, this error message issue will not cause the test case to fail.
